The RESS ECP program has been one of the best things to happen following my traumatic multi knee injury. It has enabled me to access high quality care and therapy plus an ACL surgery. The pre-surgery rehab was crucial in enabling me to then have a successful rehab post-surgery. I am now able to run again and have finally got to a point where I am not always thinking about my “weak” knee. The support that the programme has provided has been crucial with dealing with such a difficult and long-term injury. It has enabled me to have access to adequate amounts of rehab and physiotherapy without having to worry about the financial barriers that may otherwise have been present. Without the ECP program I highly doubt that I would be in the place that I am now with the excellent result that I have.
The whole program and my outcomes were fantastic. I like the information nature of it and enjoyed having targets for strength, etc.
I really enjoyed the program, great information from my amazing physio. We worked hard together to complete the program and achieve fantastic results for my discharge from the program.
