Fiona Pimm

MBA (Massey), PGDipPH (Otago), DipAppSci – Nuclear Medicine (RMIT)

Fiona affiliates to Ngai Tahu iwi with whakapapa links across the Ngai Tahu rohe, though she identifies Arowhenua as her whanau home.

Fiona is a Professional Director with extensive experience in governance roles in health, education and workforce development, government agencies, community NGO and local iwi. She is currently on the Board of her home marae and Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu, several health, education and workforce training organisations, and the NZ Parole Board.

Grant Chittock

Grant is a registered physiotherapist and managing director of Motus health Ltd, a physiotherapy business which he and his wife founded back in 1998. He is one of the founding shareholders of the RESS joint venture and has 20 years of Governance experience within Motus health and its subsidiary companies, alongside being the current chair of Physiotherapy New Zealand.

Outside of work, Grant enjoys skiing and biking with his wife and two teenage boys.

Rachel Hillyer

Rachel joined Forte Health as General Manager in 2016, after returning to New Zealand with her family. Rachel has spent more than 10 years in senior management roles in the healthcare sector in the UK.

Her experience includes General Manager of an outpatient oncology facility and Hospital Manager for BMI Healthcare. Reporting directly to the Forte Health Limited Board and responsible for all aspects of the business, Rachel provides strong strategic leadership and governance in the organisation and works closely with key stakeholders to deliver total patient care, ensuring excellence in patient experience and quality of care.

Blair Roxborough

Blair joined St George’s Hospital as Chief Executive Office in early 2021 after returning from 10 years in Melbourne where he held a senior executive role in tourism with responsibilities across Victoria, South Australia, Queensland & Tasmania.

With a background in luxury hotels, he has deep experience in asset management, customer journey & product design, stakeholder engagement and strategy.

When not working, he is a keen hockey player along with his three daughters.
