Grant is a registered physiotherapist and managing director of Motus health Ltd, a physiotherapy business which he and his wife founded back in 1998. He is one of the founding shareholders of the RESS joint venture and has 20 years of Governance experience within Motus health and its subsidiary companies, alongside being the current chair of Physiotherapy New Zealand.
Outside of work, Grant enjoys skiing and biking with his wife and two teenage boys.

Rachel is an experienced Independent Director and Executive Leader primarily in the Health Sector. She has over 20 years of Executive Health Leadership experience. She was a founding member of RESS and was appointed Chair in 2025.
Rachel brings expertise in Strategy, Risk Management, ESG, and Stakeholder Engagement, with a strong track record of leading organisations through growth, mergers, and major infrastructure projects. She is committed to advancing value-based, patient centered care, reducing inequity, and improving patient outcomes across the health sector.

Blair joined St George’s Hospital as Chief Executive Office in early 2021 after returning from 10 years in Melbourne where he held a senior executive role in tourism with responsibilities across Victoria, South Australia, Queensland & Tasmania.
With a background in luxury hotels, he has deep experience in asset management, customer journey & product design, stakeholder engagement and strategy.
When not working, he is a keen hockey player along with his three daughters.

Michael is the CEO of Forté Health Hospital in Christchurch. He is a Chartered Accountant Fellow with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and a Master of Health Administration from the University of New South Wales. He is a former CEO of Mercy Hospital Dunedin and Past President of NZPSHA. More recently, he served as a Member of Parliament and Minister in the Key/English Government.
